The goal of the Nutriage
project is to bring
about healthy
aging by means
of the Atlantic Diet.

Advanced solutions for healthy aging through nutrition within the scope of the Galicia-North Portugal European region.

This project is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) based on the Interreg VA Spain-Portugal Programme (POCTEP) 2014-2020.

The Nutriage project has the following aims:

Bring about healthy aging by assessing, studying and designing customised nutritional strategies based on the traditional Atlantic diet and developing new products to optimise the nutritional state of the elderly and prevent their functional and cognitive decline.

Generate R&D&I capacities that pave the way for enhanced quality.
